Listen, you Premier League folk might like that, but that sort of carry-on would come with protests in Europe or in North or South America. Tifos are for the fans by the fans. It’s a sacred offering that shouldn’t be controlled or influenced by the club. Arsenal leaning in and saying, fuck it, we’ll do it ourselves, is quite the statement.
To level this up to an offense level you could understand as a Premier League fan, imagine Arsenal asked Dua Lipa to write an Arsenal chant, and then pushing fans to sing it at the opening of the game.
