Historically, this season, we have also been bottle jobs. Man Utd FA cup, Newcastle League Cup, Pool League.

Our manager is the biggest bottle job.

Gets found out by elite managers.

Looks lost, confused and frightened on the touch line. Needs the crowd to pick up the team and play mascot like our skipper.

Hides like our skipper when it gets tough and in a cowardly manner brings on the very guy in the 89th minute who can change the game because he doesn't want his favorite pet to feel embarrassed. Puts his skipper before AFC.

Can we do it next week?

Me thinks so, Pedro, but not under this manager.

I know the exact team he will put out and the tactics he will employ. Sideways, defend, sideways, defend, sideways, defend and his skipper will be hiding on the right, get the ball and pretend he is busy while he plays a five meter pass sideways or backwards after looking up three times and flicking his hair for the umpteenth time.

I desperately want us to win, but I've been down this road with Arteta for 5 seasons now and nothing changes.

On the touch line, he is like our skipper.

All sound and fury, hands in the air but signifying nothing.

we shouldn’t have pulled Merino back in midfield last game. Trossard doesn’t cut it for me even though the odd good game. Great for coming off the bench when second half needs pick up.

Odegaard is the issue - there is almost no creative spark in him now and that should be the criteria we judge him by, not the supersonic pressing.

I know he will play but a shame Art isn’t ballsy enough to drop him and play Ethan
