Lovely stuff. "Gyokeres looks worse and less confident"—what a take on a player who leads the Premier League in pressures in the opposition box and off-the-ball runs into the area, while recording more shots than any other Arsenal player.

He scored 97 goals in 102 matches at Sporting and won the Gerd Muller Trophy, but sure, let's wonder if 12 goals will suffice.

The Brugge win proves rotation works against weaker sides—exactly what squad depth is for. Madueke and Martinelli's screamers show the quality we have. But writing off our most prolific forward signing at this moment in time belies, the thinking of Berta...

We are a team with different options, formations, players, systems and modus operandi.

He may not be anywhere near the following:

Anelka, Eduardo, Bergkamp, Henry, Wright, , Van Persie, Malcolm Mcdonald, Kanu, Frank Stapleton, Aubameyang, Smith, Adebayor ( in order of my favourites, as I remember them).

All different types types of forwards, who grew in stature, presence, ability and legend satus over time.

Gyokeres may never reach their heights. Dont need to. What he needs to do is help the team win something 'big'. Fair to saying he's trying.

Arteta/Berta now what he's there for...we must but watch and learn.

I may be proven wrong...no big shakes.

Watching this space.

Now is our time.

At least there was an on the whistle. sheesh.

Enjoy the read, and like to laugh with your writing.

Think Gyoal will get a few goals for AFC in important, not important games- they are all important.

Jesus looked good, hmmm, very well rested too.

Want to see more rotation again for this weekend.
